With the rapid development of information technology,the differences between cyberspace and real space are more and more obvious.Based on the network space,the network dispute cases not only increase in number,but also pose new challenges to the dispute resolution mechanism.Although the establishment of the Internet court has brought great convenience to the settlement of the Internet dispute cases,there are still many problems in the regional jurisdiction,such as the difficulty in finding the defendant's domicile,the difficulty in finding the connection point of the Internet contract and the Internet infringement dispute,and the unclear standard of the connection point of the agreement jurisdiction.In this case,through the study of the regional jurisdiction of the Internet court,it is conducive to enrich the theory of regional jurisdiction and improve the rules of regional jurisdiction,and give full play to the advantages of the Internet court in solving network disputes.In the process of research,mainly through literature analysis,comparative analysis and other research methods,with the help of the Internet and the school library,the relevant materials were consulted.This paper introduces the current situation of the regional jurisdiction of the Internet courts,analyzes the problems existing in the regional jurisdiction of the Internet courts in China from three aspects of general,special and agreement jurisdiction,and through combing the relevant practices of foreign countries and international organizations,obtains its enlightenment for solving the problem of the regional jurisdiction of the Internet courts in China,and studies three new theories of the regional jurisdiction of the Internet disputes?Finally,on the basis of the actual needs of Internet courts in China,this paper puts forward the corresponding solutions to the regional jurisdiction of Internet courts.
