The thesis based on the service design theory takes service contact points as the research entry point to conduct research on the smart rural electric fire trucks.Supplementing and optimizing research results through the Kano model is for in-depth analysis of the information demands of smart rural electric fire truck.Finally,the state transition networks and the information system of the smart rural electric fire truck are designed.The research aims to help to solve the fire problem in rural areas through the information management of smartt rural electric fire trucks,and provide an idea for rural fire protection construction.First,starting with the research on the information demands of the smart rural electric fire trucks.Having an interview with village firefighters by applying the method of user interviews to get the service process of smart rural electric fire trucks,and then dividing the service process into scenarios.Contact points is carried out according to the user behavior path in each situation.Through the analysis of the contact points,the fire demand of the smart rural electric fire truck is extracted,integratedly analyzed,and mapped to the information demand.The information demands are organized through a bottom-up information classification,and at the same time determine the information content of each level.Second,the questionnaire survey is used in combination with the Kano model analysis method to analyze the information demand category of the information demand category of the smart rural electric fire truck,and the attribute result of the information demand of the smart rural electric fire truck is obtained.By screening and sorting the information,the remaining information demand items are divided into importance degrees and the final smart rural electric fire truck information model is constructed.Based on the service process and information classification,a rough state transfer network is constructed,and a complete state transfer network of the smart rural electric fire truck's information system is built after supplemented and optimized.Finally,design the information system of the smart rural electric fire truck.Determine the design content of the smart rural electric fire truck's information system through the method of information architecture: organization system,navigation system and label system,at the same time build an interactive platform and draw detailed interactive sketches,the typical interface of the smart rural electric fire truck's information system is presented through high fidelity.
