In recent years,with the continuous improvement of China's political democracy,more and more women participate in the country's political and economic construction.At the same time,the number of women's duty crimes is increasing,accounting for an increasing proportion of duty crimes.In the process of investigation,investigators generally feel that it is much more difficult to interrogated female interviewees of duty crimes than male interviewees of duty crimes.The reason is that they mechanically apply the same interrogation strategies as male inter viewees,ignore female personality characteristics,and the interrogation strategies lack pertinence.At present,it is necessary to conduct a detailed study on the characteristics of female interviewees so as to enhance the pertinence and effectiveness of interrogation strategies and achieve twice the result with half the effort.Based on the research of the unique physiological and psychological characteristics of women and combined with the practice of interrogation,this paper summarizes the behavior performance of female interviewees in interrogation,explains the unique psychological characteristics of female interviewees,and sorts out the psychology of female interviewees in different stages of interrogation.Through analyze the women surveyed people's unique behavior and psychological characteristics,this paper put forward in the interrogation of women surveyed the person,we should be solid groundwork,elaborate interrogation personnel,especially arrange master certain interrogation techniques of female investigators to participate,to dredge the women surveyed mood,reduce the distance between each other,get the trust of the people surveyed women,break through the psychological defense.Most women are emotional idealists,with exquisite and rich emotions,strong self-esteem and sensitivity.Interrogating female interviewees should make good use of emotional influence,fully respect their personality and human rights,and give them necessary care.Most women have a heavier concept of family affect ion.They should be good at inspiring their social conscience with family affection,inspiring their determination to repent with family affection,and resolving their hostile psychology with family affection.Women tend to understand and analyze problems from an emotional perspective.During interrogation,women should pay attention to emotional persuasion.The interrogation process is dynamic,and the interrogation strategy is not fixed.During the interrogation process,the strategy should be adjusted ti mely according to the changes in the psychological state of female interviewees.The research on the interrogation strategy of female duty crime is a complex and systematic work.Based on the above research and analysis,this paper intends to provide some ideas and methods of referential significance for the practice of female duty crime interrogation,so as to achieve targeted and targeted interrogation and double the result with half the effort.
