| Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region is on the western edge of the China,which has ow n unique geographical features since ancient times,and also has more particularities in h istory,politics,economy and culture.Xinjiang’s development has important strategic signifi cance s for the national security.Especially under the environment that the globalizatio n is aggravating and the international political economy is increasingly unpredictable.Changj i Hui Autonomous Prefecture,as one of the important administrative regions in Xinjiang,ha s a very distinctive typicality in ethnic minority areas.The situation of H&R managemen t of civil servants is still more arduous and complex than that of other areas in China,althoug h the government has do more beneficial practices in the H&R management about gove rnment civil servants.Therefore,in order to finish the aim of Social stability and long-ter m peace and stability,we should use the references of both at home and abroad,optimiz e the human resources management of civil servants,fully mobilize the enthusiasm of civil se rvants at all levels,improve the overall quality of civil servants,and improve the administrat ive efficiency of the government.Changji civil servants human resources management is the research object in this paper.Firstly,I have introduced the background and significance of the study and summarized t he research status at home and abroad and related core concepts and theoretical basis for a n overview,meanwhile,teased the relation between the combing out the civil service hum an resources management and Changji service Type government construction.What’s more,I have put forward some countermeasures and suggestions,through the investigation and an alysis combined with the situation of the state in-depth study of civil servants management pr oblems and causes of the problem,of Changji state civil service human resources managemen t status,and use of incentives-health and other related scientific theories,about improving Cha ngji state civil servants Human resources management. |
