As a concept,space is a vocabulary with multiple dimensions,and different perspectives will produce different concepts of space.As a practical practice,the determination of space means the determination of the corresponding limits.Since the spatial form of urban residential communities in China in the 1980 s has undergone a spatial transformation from the unit system to the community system,the urban residential community system has become the main spatial system.Its institutional characteristics are mainly represented by closed spatial structure,and on this basis,it constitutes the boundary and space between the city and the settlement.On the basis of the spatial form of the residential area,the real right provisions that mainly take the right to distinguish between buildings(mainly shared rights)confirm,guarantee and shape this kind of space,giving it legal attributes.The space created by this right system has become an important prerequisite for the legalization of space.The practice of shared rights forms a privatized collective space,shapes the space,and promotes the production and reproduction of the privatized collective space.With the advancement of space practice,problems with this space production pattern have gradually emerged.The closed space brought by urban residential communities not only hinders the communication and healthy communication of urban space,but also increases the cost of urban operation space.Within the boundary of space,there are also various spatial problems.In 2016,the central government put forward a plan for the "block system".As a new form of urban residential quarters,the block system will lead to the reform of the spatial form and system of the original urban residential quarters,and change the original spatial boundaries.The spatial relationship between the original power practice,market promotion and rights protection is facing With the corresponding update.The common rights on the basis of space also need new adjustments and explanations.In this change of relationship,space is the "field" of power,market and rights.It is an important perspective of institutional change and right update.The interpretation of the space dimension It is an indispensable value foundation for rights renewal and reinterpretation.Space is the existence of pluralistic nature.The author believes that the legal basis of space includes the concrete form of space,the general theory of space and the order of space.The interpretation of the spatial dimension of the common rights is based on the interpretation of the legal dimension of the general theory,including the spatial value,spatial connotation and spatial practice,and also includes the update of the spatial dimension rights relationship,rights concept and rights connotation.The justice of space comes from a reasonable space,the value foundation of urban rights comes from the justice of space value,and the justice of space value comes from the update of the legal principle of space.Therefore,in the residential area,no matter the implementation of the system or the interpretation of legal principles,space plays an important role in it,and the ultimate purpose of space interpretation is to promote a more just street space.
