The development and aggregation of the big data can bring strong market power to individual companies, thus damaging competition and creating monopolies.According to the research, the characteristics of big data industry, such as two-sided markets,no-fee mode and cross-regional,make it difficult to apply the traditional relevant market definition methods.Through the interpretation and re-thinking of relevant market theories,it is proved that the definition of relevant market in big data antitrust analysis is of great significance and we should improve the method of market definition to meet the needs. Therefore,we should base on domestic and foreign legislation and judicial practice, and combined with the characteristics of the big data industry, take measures such as increasing the range of price and implementing the time interval of fluctuation. In addition,we can also learn from the data market, profit model testing and product cycle theory to comprehensively define the relevant product market, relevant geographical market and related time market for big data monopoly analysis.
