Research On Legal Protection Of The Non-material Cultural Heritage Of Minority Areas Of Sichuan

The intangible cultural heritage law of the People's Republic of China(hereinafter referred to as the intangible cultural heritage law)is the first law with cultural legal milestone significance in China.Since its promulgation in June 2011,the protection of intangible cultural heritage(hereinafter referred to as the intangible cultural heritage)in China has been developing rapidly.The intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is an excellent traditional culture created by ethnic minorities in their long-term social life.To protect the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is to promote national unity and enhance national cohesion.The minority culture of Sichuan ethnic autonomous region has unique ethnic characteristics.Tibetan,Yi,Qiang and other ethnic minorities have left a very rich intangible heritage through hard work and wisdom in the process of history.With the acceleration of modernization and urbanization,many ethnic areas often pay too much attention to economic development and neglect cultural construction,and then neglect the protection and inheritance of intangible cultural heritage.At the same time,with the development of modern media and the impact of foreign culture,the intangible cultural heritage of ethnic minorities is in danger of disappearing.The protection of intangible cultural heritages in Sichuan Ethnic minority areas needs to be further strengthened,and the legal protection needs to be strengthened.This paper analyzes the necessity of strengthening the legal protection of intangible cultural heritages in Sichuan Ethnic Minority Areas through six parts,makes in-depth research on the current situation and existing problems of the legal protection of intangible cultural heritages in Sichuan Ethnic minority areas,and through the investigation on the current situation of the Qiang ethnic minority intangible cultural heritages in Beichuan,on this basis,puts forward practical suggestions for improving the legal protection of intangible cultural heritages in Sichuan Ethnic minority areas.
