A Study Of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s Important Thoughts On Youth Work

Since The 18th National Congress of the Communist Party of China(CPC),General Secretary Xi Jinping has carried out a series of profound discussions on the characteristics and historical status of young people,the training and education of youth,the reform and development of the Communist Youth League and other youth and youth work,and formed a scientific and systematic General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thought on youth work,which further enriched Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era.Based on the background and basis of formation,theoretical and subjective sources,theoretical system and scientific connotation,theoretical quality and value of the times,this paper starts from the ideological sources,formation basis,scientific connotation,theoretical quality and the value of the times of this theory,and combines the knowledge of sociology and psychology.It sorted out the status,role,task,responsibility,mission,practical requirements of youth work in thought,as well as the thought and theory of youth training and youth organization construction in the new era.The first chapter mainly discusses the era basis of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on youth work.This paper analyzes the profound impact of environmental changes at home and abroad in the new era from two aspects: the historical mission of realizing the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the practical requirements of implementing the overall concept of national security.This paper analyzes the profound changes in the characteristics of youth groups in the new era from the unique performance of young people themselves and the new situation faced by youth and youth work in the new era.This paper discusses the practical requirements of the development and reform of youth work in the new era from the new requirements of building a scientific and effective youth work system and strengthening the construction and reform of youth work organizations.The second chapter mainly discusses theoretical sources of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on youth work.Taking the youth work thought of Marxist classic writers as the theoretical root,this paper studies the understanding of the special status of youth groups,the guidance and education of youth,the discussion and thought of the organization and promotion of youth by such classic writers as Marx,Engels,Lenin and Stalin.Based on the the ideological theory and practical experience of the youth work of the Communist Party of China,this paper combs the thoughts of the early Communist Party of China and the leaders of Mao Zedong,Deng Xiaoping,Jiang Zemin and Hu Jintao on youth and youth work.The subjective sourceis analyzed from the direct experience of Xi Jinping’s personal growth experience.The third chapter mainly discusses the scientific connotation of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on youth work.From two aspects of attaching great importance to the status of youth and the theme of the youth movement in contemporary China,this paper shows the thoughts on the historical status and mission of youth;expounds the thoughts on the choice of the value of the healthy growth of the youth generation;then discusses the thoughts on the responsibility,mission and strategic status of youth work;finally,expounds It also explains the idea of the path,method and organization guarantee of youth work(the goal and task of the reform and development of the Communist Youth League,strengthening the CPC’s leadership of youth work).The fourth chapter mainly discusses the basic feature and the value of the times of General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important thoughts on youth work.This paper expounds the basic feature of this thought from the organic combination of politics and regularity,history and times,strategy and pertinence,people and practice,nativity and openness,and discusses the value of the times from two aspects of theoretical value and practical value.
