Research On The Improvement Of People’s Sense Of Gain,Happiness And Security In Fenyang City From The Perspective Of Major Social Contradictions

At the tenth meeting of the leading group of the central comprehensive deepening reform in 2015,general secretary Xi Jinping first mentioned"sense of gain" and stressed the need to "fully demonstrate the gold content of the reform program so that people could get more sense of gain".In 2016,at the twenty-first meeting of the steering Committee of the central comprehensive deepening reform,he further said: "whether to promote economic and social development?" Whether to bring the people a real sense of gain,as the evaluation standard of the reform effect.".Since then,the term"sense of acquisition" has been mentioned and emphasized repeatedly by general secretary Xi Jinping on different occasions.In 2017,in the nineteen major reports of the party,general secretary Xi Jinping made a "new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics" on behalf of the Party Central Committee.The contradiction between China’s social main contradiction has been transformed into the contradiction between the growing needs of people’s life and the development of imbalances.”At the same time,for the first time,we put forward "sense of gain" and "sense of happiness and security" together,pointing out that to ensure and improve people’s livelihood,we should "constantly meet the people’s growing needs for a better life So that people’s sense of access,happiness and security will be more substantial,more secure and more sustainable.".With the development of economy and society,the people’s needs for a better life will continue to upgrade.To improve the sense of gain,happiness and security is the inevitable requirement to meet the people’s needs for a better life and solve the major social contradictions.The combination of the three senses of the people not only puts forward higher requirements for comprehensively deepening the reform,but also fully responds to the new demands of the people,the main contradictions of the society in the new era,and highlights the value purpose of people’s livelihood construction in the new era.As far as Fenyang City in Shanxi Province is concerned,Fenyang Cityhas made some achievements in improving people’s sense of gain,happiness and security.Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,Fenyang City has actively explored a new path for people’s livelihood development,and constantly consolidated the economic foundation for improving the people’s "three senses".People’s sense of gain,happiness and security has been significantly improved.The city government has paid more and more attention to the people’s "three senses".However,there are some problems and contradictions in the process of improving the people’s "three senses".This paper takes the improvement of the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security in Fenyang City as the research object,and explores how to effectively improve the people’s "three senses" under the background of the main social contradictions in the new era.Under various constraints,how to work together can not only meet the people’s material needs,but also enrich the people’s spiritual world,so as to make Fenyang people People’s sense of gain,happiness and security is more substantial,more secure and more sustainable.There are four parts in this paper:The first part is an overview of the basic theory.This chapter analyzes the connotations and relationships of the sense of happiness,sense of security and their relationship,and traces the logical relationship between people’s sense of acquisition,happiness,security and social contradictions from the perspective of Marx and Engels’ s mass history,Mao Zedong’s thought of serving the people,and Xi Jinping’s people centered development thought.The second part points out the main problems faced by Fenyang City to improve people’s sense of gain,happiness and security in view of the current development situation of Fenyang people’s sense of gain,happiness and security: People’s recognition of achievements is not high;people pay attention to material enjoyment and ignore spiritual pursuit;lack of relatively stable expectations for the future;different levels of "three senses" have obvious differences;people’s "three senses" Unbalanced development.The third part is to explore the causes of the current problems.Thispaper analyzes the shackles of improving the people’s sense of gain,happiness and security in Fenyang from four aspects: the unbalanced development of the city,the imperfect construction of the system,the prominent shortcomings in the basic field of people’s livelihood,and the backwardness of the people’s ideas.In the fourth part,aiming at the problems and the causes,we should solve the unbalanced and inadequate development,strengthen the material guarantee of "three senses",promote the construction of people’s livelihood in the new era,consolidate the social foundation of "three senses",give full play to the government’s public service function,optimize the grass-roots leading role of "three senses",strengthen the construction of spiritual civilization,and create the psychological support of three senses to enhance the people’s access to Fenyang Feeling,happiness,security,find a way to make Fenyang people’s "three senses" more substantial,more secure,more sustainable development.
