Research On Accessible Environment Construction Of Urban Community In Hebei Province

Perfect barrier free environment construction is an important condition for the disabled to integrate into the normal social life,reflecting the degree of social civilization progress.As the main space of disabled people's life,community is an important place for disabled people to go out of their homes and integrate into society.The construction of barrier free environment in community directly affects the degree of disabled people's integration into social life.This article takes the urban community as the breakthrough point,advocates taking the community as the foundation,strengthens and consummates the community barrier free environment construction,provides the health,the education,the employment,the social participation and so on many aspects services for the disabled people,causes the disabled people to better integrate into the normal social life,realizes the disabled people and the community common development.Based on the analysis of the statistics of barrier free environment construction in urban communities of Hebei Province in 2018 and the relevant statistics published by the disabled people's federation of Hebei Province,this paper finds that in recent years,there has been a certain development and progress in the infrastructure and services of barrier free environment and the system of laws and standards in Hebei Province,but there are still the following problems: weak public awareness of barrier free and barrier free Weak infrastructure,unbalanced regional development,relatively inadequate barrier free services,imperfect supervision and assessment mechanism,etc.Based on the experience of barrier free environment construction in some cities and regions at home and abroad,such as advanced barrier free concept,perfect legal system,disability friendly barrier free environment,all-round regulatory mechanism and wide participation of social forces,this paper puts forward suggestions for improving barrier free environment construction in urban communities of Hebei Province,hoping to improve public awareness of barrier free and improve accessibility We will further improve the construction of barrier free environment in urban communities,and create good conditions for the disabled to go out of their homes and integrate into normal social life and enhance their own values.
