Present Situation And Optimizing Countermeasures Of The Construction Of County-level Inspection Talent Team

Since the 18 th National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the CPC Central Committee has attached great importance to the inspection and inspection work,regard it as a strategic institutional arrangement for inner-party supervision and an important means of administering the party in an all-round and strict manner,and intensify efforts to rectify corruption problems around the masses.The report of the Nineteenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China puts forward "paying attention to cultivating professional ability,professional spirit and strengthening the ability of cadres to adapt to the requirements of the development of socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era ",which clarifies the importance and foresight of building a contingent of highly qualified and specialized cadres in the new era.In the face of the new situation and new requirements,in order to make every effort to get through the "last kilometer" of comprehensive and strict administration of the party,and to build a clean,capable,responsible and capable contingent of inspection cadres has become the call of the times,it is the responsibility of the times to cultivate a contingent of inspection personnel with cohesive force and combat effectiveness.Taking the construction of talent team in A county inspection work as an example,this paper analyzes the present situation,problems and challenges of the construction of inspection talent team in the process of comprehensive deepening reform in A county,and deeply studies the path optimization of inspection talent team construction policy under the new situation.This paper comprehensively uses literature research method,interview method and other methods to study the construction of county-level inspection talent team.Secondly,it expounds the necessity and particularity of the construction of the inspection talent team,thensummarizes the present situation of the construction of the A county inspection talent team,and analyzes the main practice of the A county to the construction of the inspection talent team;again,combined with the interview situation,deeply analyzes the problems and difficulties in the construction of the A county inspection andinspection talent team;Finally,according to the reality of A county inspection work,this paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the construction of county inspection personnel team from the aspects of optimizing the training path of inspection personnel team,innovating the training mechanism of inspection personnel,cultivating inspection personnel with multiple paths,strengthening the scientific management of inspection personnel team construction and so on.As an extension and supplement of the inspection,the inspection has realized the full coverage of the supervision of the party organizations at and below the county level,and the construction of the inspection talent team has played a vital role in the inspection work.The research and suggestions on the actual situation of the construction of the A county inspection talent team in this paper can provide a reference for improving the inspection work of the city and county.
