Research On The Diversification Of Civil Servant Training Subjects

In the new era,the government attaches great importance to the work of talents,and proposes to establish a strong strategic sense of talents.The competition for comprehensive national strength in today's world is,in the final analysis,the competition for talents.Civil servants,as specialized groups,are engaged in social public management services,whose abilities directly affect the realization of the government's goals and tasks.Therefore,cultivating civil servants with firm ideals and rigorous abilities is an important task in the process of public administration.With the continuous development of the economy and society,China's traditional civil service training system which is based on planned training has become increasingly inadaptable to the development of the situation,and needs to be reformed.This paper points out the two levels of civil servant training demand subject and supply subject.It discusses the concept and theoretical basis of the diversification of civil servant training from a complete and systematic perspective.Then it explains the advantages of subject diversification from the perspective of the times and realistic appeals.It analyzes the current situation and the existing problems of the diversification of civil servant training subjects in Fujian Province and draws on the experience of western developed countries.On the basis of investigation and analysis,it puts forward suggestions on the diversification of civil servant training subjects in China.Through the top-level design,the civil service training management system is unified,the legalization level of civil servant training is improved.Guided by social pluralism,the specific ways to improve China's civil servant training system are changing management system and mechanism,cultivating civil servant training market where multiple subjects coexist,establishing civil servant training demand analysis system and effective quality evaluation system by means of the internet + model.
