As an aspect of cross-sectoral cooperation,cross-departmental cooperation between non-profit organizations and enterprises is increasingly emerging and plays an important role in social governance. For enterprises,in the face of fiercely competitive markets, seeking cooperation with non-profit organizations has gradually become a strategic choice for enterprises to fulfill their social responsibilities. At the same time,non-profit organizations are actively demanding new partners to expand their resource channels. However,in the practice of inter-departmental cooperation, due to the essential difference between public welfare and business, both parties may cooperate and conflict in the interests of the organization, and the non-profit of the non-profit organization may lead to the "asymmetry" of the cooperative relationship.Sexual dependence." Therefore, how to achieve the effectiveness of non-profit organizations and cross-sectoral cooperation between enterprises and achieve the goal of mutual benefit, positive and positive game has become a real concern. To solve this problem,we need to further question the logic behind the cross-sectoral cooperation between non-profit organizations and enterprises, that is,the core issue of this paper: how cross-sector cooperation is achieved. That is,in what kind of institutional space, how to interact and what kind of strategy is adopted.Based on the theoretical basis of new institutionalism theory, resource dependence theory and interest-driven theory, this paper constructs an analysis framework of action space, behavioral motivation, cooperation field and behavior strategy, and analyze the cross-sector collaboration from the macro and micro levels.Firstly, the thesis analyzes the basic context of cooperation between nonprofitorganizations and enterprises and the institutional arrangement of cooperation.Secondly, based on the theory and related cooperative practices, the behavioral motives of cooperation are discussed from the resource endowment and interest structure. On this basis The paper selects environmentally-friendly NGOs that are active and typical in the field of cross-departmental cooperation practice as the case study object, analyzes the interaction process and behavioral strategies of three different cooperation fields, and finds that it is affected by the institutional environment and organizational resource endowment and interest structure. In the closed, open and integrated cross-departmental cooperation, the two sides presented their own strategic preferences of maximizing their own interests, maximizing common interests and maximizing public interests. The cooperation between non-profit organizations and enterprises is essentially an institutional environment. The cooperation entity is based on the process of resource exchange and interest balance. The different cooperation forms have different risks and scopes of application. It is necessary to optimize the cooperation relationship from the aspects of system support, process governance and model innovation.Future non-profit organizations and enterprises The direction of cross-sector collaboration should be transferred from strategic cooperation to strategic partnerships.
