A Study About The Research On The Whole Process Recording System Of Health Supervision And Law Enforcement In Bao’an District,Shenzhen

The medical and health industry concerns people’s livelihood.The law enforcement of health and family planning,such as the supervision of social medical institutions,drinking water in schools and the supervision of infectious diseases,are issues of wide concern to the society.In February 2016,the national health and family planning commission decided to carry out the construction of the whole-process recording system of health and family planning supervision and law enforcement nationwide.In 2017,shenzhen proposed to promote the construction of the whole-process recording system of health family planning supervision and law enforcement across the city.Domestic and foreign scholars have c onducted extensive research and discussion on health supervision and law enforcement and formed different research results.However,there are still some problems in the whole process of health supervision and law enforcement.How to perfect and reform the whole-process recording system of health supervision and law enforcement has become the main focus of social attention.This paper takes baoan district of shenzhen as an example to study the implementation of the whole-process recording system of health supervision and law enforcement.In chapter 1,relevant achievements of domestic and foreign scholars in the study of the whole-process recording system of health supervision and law enforcement are firstly summarized,and then the main contents,ideas and innovation points of this study are proposed.The second chapter briefly reviews the concept of administrative law enforcement,whole-process record and whole-process record system,as well as the theory of legal administration and information disclosure f rom the perspective of public management and administrative law,which provides the theoretical basis for this study.Then the third chapter in shenzhen baoan district health supervision system of law enforcement process records on the implementation of the status quo,and referring to the 5 e government project assessment model structures,health evaluation system of whole process supervision and law enforcement records system,the design of the shenzhen baoan district health system of whole process supervision and law enforcement records questionnaire,obtain first-hand information,and further analysis of the construction of the baoan district health supervision and law enforcement process records system existing problems and the reasons.The fourth chapter draws lessons from domestic and foreign experiences on the whole-process recording system of health supervision and law enforcement,and summarizes these experiences,and obtains relevant enlightenment on the implementation of the whole-process recording system of health supervision and law enforcement in bao ’an district.Chapter five,on the basis of referring to relevant experience at home and abroad and combining with the current situation of health supervision and law enforcement whole-process recording system construction in bao ’an district,puts forward targeted improvement Suggestions.Chapter 6 summarizes the study of this paper,analyzes the deficiencies of this study,and makes a forward-looking outlook for the future development of the whole-process recording system of health supervision and law enforcement in bao ’an district.
