Due to the low cost of equipment,easiness of maintenance,good portability,strong anti-damage ability and others advantages,high frequency(HF)wave communication has been widely used,and has also become an important means of military communications.The interception and reconnaissance of HF wave signals have become an indispensable part of electromagnetic countermeasure,which can provide strong support for battlefield intelligence gathering,electromagnetic situation analysis and threat assessment.However,the siganls in HF band are dense,complex and concurrent,which is a great challenge to electronic countermeasure reconnaissance.How to analyze more valuable HF communication signals with limited interception equipment becomes a bottleneck.Therefore,this dissertation makes a research on the resource scheduling of HF wave interception based on the present research status.The main research work is summarized as follows:(1)Firstly,the propagation way and the principle of HF wave interception were analyzed and sorted out.Secondly,the scheduling optimization objective of the model was defined based on the requirements and definitions of HF wave interception.Finally,with the propagation characteristics and factors that affect propagation,the constraints of resource scheduling were made clear.(2)Aiming at poor efficiency of the scheduling method of HF wave interception,the efficient process of HF wave interception was researched and a resource scheduling method based on effective interception probability was presented to solve the problem.Firstly,the probability of effective interception was given and the constraints of resource scheduling were sorted out.Secondly,the resource scheduling model was designed and achieved by Hopfield neural networks.Thirdly,the global optimization technique was used to schedule various interception equipments,which makes it more reasonable for the resource scheduling system.It could improve the convergence speed and the efficiency of the algorithm.(3)Aiming at the problem of blind zone caused by silence effect in HF wave reconnaissance process,the principle of HF wave reception blind zone was studied,and a method of resource scheduling for HF wave cooperative interception based on blind zone elimination was proposed.This method analyzed the influence of blind zone on the reception probability of the system and adopted the improved ant colony optimization algorithm to pick out the best parameter combination of ant colony algorithm.The pheromone updating strategy based on the combination of global asynchronous and elitist strategy was used to improve the searching ability and computing speed.And the experimental results showed that the proposed method has improved the scheduling efficiency and eliminated the influence of the blind area.(4)Aiming at the important signals missed in the process of HF wave reception,the evaluation model of signal value was built and a method of resource scheduling for HF wave cooperative interception based on the value of the signals was proposed.This method extracted part of the signal’s characteristics from broadband radio data as priori information to build the evaluation model of signal value.On the basis of effective reception probability and blind zone judgment,the reception value of the system was defined,and the maximum reception value of the system was taken as the scheduling target.The improved particle swarm optimization(PSO)algorithm was used to optimize the resource scheduling.Cooperative coordination strategy was adopted to reduce the problem dimension,which enhanced the efficiency of the algorithm and the performance of the system and improved the system interception value.(5)The simulation platform for resource scheduling of HF wave cooperative interception was designed and realized.Based on the deep integration development environment of Visual Studio 2013,the simulation experiment platform for resource scheduling task of HF wave cooperative reception was realized.The platform integrates a number of functional modules including effective interception probability estimation,blind area evaluation,signal value evaluation,interception equipment management and scheduling,scheduling display and evaluation.
