The founding conference of the theater of the people's liberation army was held in beijing on February 1,2016,Marking the construction of our army officially entered the war zone era.Once the theater has been established,immediately around the "main battle of the theater," the principle of action to build a joint combat system,adjust the theater of military institutions,the organization of joint military exercises,the selection of outstanding officers to the theater command office.Faced with the change of duties and tasks,the former excellent officers encountered difficulties in joint military posts.Joint officers are important factors to improve the joint degree of military and military forces,to enhance the level of joint command of the theater,to play the combat effectiveness of the armed forces and to win the modern information warfare.To strengthen the training of the joint officers is to enhance the combat effectiveness of the armed forces and to be an important measure to realize the strategic objectives of the theater.In the information age,In the information age,of the officers ability and quality put forward new requirements,in accordance with the instructions of the President and the Central Military Commission instructions,training "listen to the party command,can win the battle" of The new type of commanding personnel is the guarantee of the fighting capacity of the arm.Our military theater has just been established,the concept and positioning of the joint officers is still relatively vague,joint officers training methods,methods are not mature enough,the training system is not sound enough.This paper based on the competency theory research on the training of joint officers,the combination of post requirements with the development of military officers,which makes up for the shortage of the traditional human resources that only focus on the general skills training of military officers.Through the interview to extract the competency characteristics of military officers,the preparation of joint military competency dictionary,the establishment of joint officers general competence model,design and issue a questionnaire,analysis and joint military officers work performance-related characteristics,deep research joint officer's competency,extraction The core competence of the joint officer.By analyzing the process of the training of US military officers and combining with the shortcomings in the training of our military joint officers,this paper put forward the concept of training our joint military officers,clarify the position of joint military officers,perfect the system of training joint military officers,perfect the education system of joint military officers,build a joint military officer training platform,enhance the competence of the joint military officers,and better play the strategic role of the theater,at the same time improve the military theory of human resource management,improve the level of military officer management.
