Study On The Needs Of Community Home-based Aged Care Service For Retired Soldiers

As a valuable asset of the party and the country,retired military personnel have made outstanding contributions to the modernization of national defense and the armed forces.Taking good care of retired soldiers is not only the responsibility of the state,but also the responsibility of the society.Although the retired soldier group belongs to the old age group,it will have some special features compared with the old age group in the general sense.So,in view of the retired military personnel to carry out the service management,not only should follow the rules of the elderly generally,at the same time also need to consider to retired military itself group special attributes,insight into the actual demand,especially to evaluate their community home endowment service needs,in the process,in-depth look at retired military demand characteristics and causes of the problems existing in the process of exploration to meet the requirements.In this paper,based on the field investigation of the four rest homes in Hcity,taking the retired soldiers living in the four rest homes in H city as the research object,the demand for home-based care service in the community of retired soldiers was investigated and evaluated through the questionnaire survey,and the specific countermeasures were put forward to improve the home-based care service in the community of retired soldiers.This paper analyzes the needs assessment of home-based elderly care service from five dimensions: life care,medical security,spiritual comfort,cultural entertainment and rights protection.Firstly,the basic characteristics of home-based care needs of retired military community were evaluated through questionnaires,the main problems were identified,and attribution analysis was made.Then,the characteristics and causes of special needs of home-based care in retired military community were analyzed with the help of typical cases.Through the specific content of the needs assessment,the author puts forward some Suggestions on the intervention of multiple subjects.
