Research On The Placement Of Retired Soldiers

The army is an important guarantee for national security,social stability,and people’s happiness.The importance of the army to a country is self-evident.In order to ensure that our army can adapt to the reform of the military system in the new era,it is especially important for soldiers to enter and leave the army in an orderly manner.With the gradual implementation of China’s 300,000 disarmament orders,a large number of soldiers will move from the army to society.As the main force of retired soldiers,soldiers often become vulnerable groups in society due to their single social relations,lack of social skills,and low level of knowledge.At the same time,the implementation of the resettlement policy is not in place and the right relief measures are not smooth,which makes it more difficult for soldiers who are in a vulnerable position in the market competition to integrate into the society,which has led to many retired soldiers entering Beijing to petition.Therefore,realizing the realization of the rights of retired soldiers is of great significance to enhancing China’s national defense strength and maintaining social stability.At present,most of the works and literatures only point out that the resettlement of retired soldiers is concentrated on the work arrangement,but they do not analyze what problems and difficulties are included in the work placement.Based on judicial precedents and actual visits,this article first summarizes the main theoretical and practical problems of retired soldiers’ job placement,and divides the types of problems.Secondly,from the perspectives of legislation,law enforcement,and judicature,it analyzes the difficulties in the actual operation of the causes of the problems and the status of judicial trials.Finally,sum up the useful experience of foreign military powers in the resettlement of retired soldiers,and put forward corresponding suggestions for the improvement of retired soldiers in China based on China’s national conditions and current problems.
