A Study On Rural Revitalization Strategy From The Perspective Of Marxist Theory Of Urban-Rural Relations

As socialism with Chinese characteristics has entered a new era,the principal contradiction facing society has become one between the people’s aspiration for a better life and unbalanced and inadequate development,especially in the case of unbalanced urban and rural development and inadequate rural development.As a big agricultural country,issues concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers are also weak points and weak points that constrain China’s overall development and the "two centenary goals".Proceeding from history and reality,and in accordance with the general requirements of "thriving industries,livable ecology,civilized local customs,effective governance,and a prosperous life",it is necessary to promote agricultural and rural modernization,realize strong agriculture,beautiful rural areas,and rich farmers,promote integrated development of urban and rural areas,realize integrated development of urban and rural areas,and apply the strategy of rural rejuvenation.This article is based on the marxist theory of relationship between urban and rural sight rural revitalization strategy study,mainly divided into the following five parts: the first part is introduction,mainly introduced the marxist theory of relationship between urban and rural and rural revitalization strategy,systematically combed the domestic and foreign research present situation,selected topic goal and the significance and the research methods and innovation of this article.The second part is Marx Engels and Lenin’s thought on the relationship between city and countryside.As the founders of marxist theory of urban-rural relations,Marx and Engels took the lead in putting forward the idea of urban-rural integration,and Lenin inherited and developed this idea and put it into practice in Russia.The third part is the historical process of marxist theory of urban-rural relations in China.From the new democratic revolution to the 18 th national congress of the communist party of China(CPC),the CPC’s exploration and practice in handling the problems in the relationship between urban and rural areas.The fourth part is the rural vitalization strategy--the new thought of dealing with urban and rural relations in the new era.The rural vitalization strategy is put forward based on the background and causes of the imbalance between urban and rural development,and the thought of the relationship between urban and rural areas is explored.The rural vitalization strategy changes the inherent urban and rural development mode in thought and action,and fundamentally promotes the development of agriculture and rural areas.The lastpart of the rural revitalization strategy is the development of marxist theory of urban-rural relations in the new era.This paper discusses that the strategy of rural vitalization is consistent with the thought of urban-rural integration in terms of time,space and objective,and that it inherits and develops the marxist theory of urban-rural relations in terms of position,views and methods,adheres to the concept of people’s masses,and provides Chinese solutions for other countries to deal with urban-rural conflicts.The proposal and implementation of the rural revitalization strategy should change the traditional thinking and mode of solving problems concerning agriculture,rural areas and farmers,and truly address agricultural and rural issues from the perspective of productive forces and relations of production.This is the key to solving problems concerning urban and rural development and lays a solid foundation for the realization of the "two centenary goals".
