The prevention and correction of juvenile delinquency is a common concern in the world.With the continuous development and perfection of China's judicial system,the policy of rescuing minors involved in crimes is gradually implemented throughout the judicial process,and the intervention of social work in the judicial field and service development are the full manifestation of the implementation of this policy.In the western Countries with Developed Criminal Justice System,social workers' support and assistance to criminals can run through the whole criminal justice process.Especially for juvenile delinquents,the accompanying of social workers in the judicial process has become a clear provision of the law.However,in China,such institutional arrangements are rarely known,and naturally few social workers try to provide services for juvenile delinquents in criminal proceedings.The purpose of this study is to explore the effect of social work on the correction of juvenile delinquents in the judicial field.Taking 10 juveniles involved in crimes in B detention house of Nanjing as an example,From the perspective of field,by means of group work and cognitive behavioral therapy,the intervention research on cognitive bias,negative emotions and bad behavior of juveniles involved in crimes in prisons is carried out to explore whether cognitive behavioral therapy can be applied to such clients,and to improve the environment of cooperation within the judiciary and social work profession.The results show that the juveniles involved in the group have a certain understanding of their emotional characteristics,learned to vent their bad emotions reasonably,and realized that their mistakes have brought great harm to others.In addition,detention centers have also participated in group activities,and their views on juvenile delinquents have changed a little,thus starting to change the traditional methods of helping and teaching.In addition,the detention center also participated in group activities.The detention center began to realize that its teaching methods need to be updated and willing to try and accept new content,from the introduction of judicial social workers to the signing of contracts with relevant institutions to implement a large-scale and planned teaching.This study promotes the cooperation between the social work specialty and the judicial field such as the detention center,and provides a certain reference for the study of judicial social work.
