Research On The Design And Optimization Of Drug Purchase Process For The Military Clinic Based On The Life Cycle Theory

As part of a military hospital,clinic in sanatorium is an important part of the retired cadres and retired veterans.It is important to do a good job in drug purchasing and management of the health clinic.At present,the drug centralized bidding and purchasing is the main mode of drug purchasing in health clinic.However,from the implementation of the policy point of view,exposed the health of the drug purchasing content is unreasonable,pharmacy management is difficult,and some special disease drug deficiency,resulting in centralized drug bidding purchasing controversial status quo.Therefore,how to use advanced methods to improve the drug purchasing process,to achieve the whole process of drug purchasing monitoring and management,and to make the drug purchasing more scientific and reasonable,is a very realistic and important issues.The life cycle method is the application of a series of advanced technical means and management methods to achieve the project’s life cycle optimal,in many areas has been widely studied and applied.This paper first describes the basic connotation and basic model of drug purchasing,and introduces the concept of life cycle,the basic principles and characteristics of the life cycle.Secondly,the main problems of the current drug procurement model is analyzed,and the stage of the whole life cycle of the drug purchase is studied,in this paper,we divides the drug purchase into the drug purchasing plan,the drug purchasing,the drug storage and the drug pick up.And the process design of drug purchase based life cycle is carried out.Thirdly,the paper analyzes the cost structure of the life cycle of the drug purchase,puts forward the method of estimating the life cycle cost of the drug purchase,and adopts the overall planning graph to optimize the drug purchasing process.Finally,the paper analyzes the main problems of the existing drug purchasing process in military clinic,and puts forward the life cycle process of the drug purchasing for the military clinic,and the life cycle process of drug purchasing in military clinic is analyzed and the optimization of the drug purchasing process is carried out by using the overall planning graph.It is verified that the purchase of the drug based on the life cycle not only saves the total cost but also saves the purchase time.In addition,the advantages of the drug purchasing process based on life cycle in the military clinic are discussed.
