Research On Inner Mongolia To Improve The Enforcement Of The Party's Internal Laws And Regulations

In the new era,the important task of our country is to uphold and improve the socialist system with Chinese characteristics and promote the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities.The biggest advantage of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics is the leadership of the Communist Party of China.To advance the modernization of the national governance system and governance capabilities,we must adhere to the leadership of the Communist Party of China.The internal legal system of the party,as an important institutional means for comprehensively and strictly governing the party and enhancing the party's leadership and ruling ability,must be effectively implemented and ordered to be banned in order to raise the level of governance and governance of the Communist Party of China.Local party committees should promote the construction and implementation of internal party regulations and systems based on the objectives of implementing the central party regulations,fulfilling the responsibilities of the party constitution and central party regulations,and promoting the improvement of the internal party regulations system in a bottom-up manner.To strengthen the leadership of local party committees in local governance.This article is based on the theoretical research foundation and practical requirements,starting from the party's own construction field,taking Inner Mongolia(local)to implement the requirements of the Central Party's internal laws and regulations and the implementation of the internal party's laws and regulations as the research object.First,clearly define the concept of inner-party laws and regulations and the enforceability of inner-party laws;second,take public governance and governance modernization,the theory of socialist rule of law with Chinese characteristics,and public policy enforcement theory as the theoretical basis for the construction and implementation of inner-party laws and regulations in Inner Mongolia.Analyze the relevance and importance of improving the enforcement of internal party laws and regulations in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region;then,specifically analyze the current situation in the construction,implementation,and compliance of the internal party laws and regulations under the requirements of the implementation of the central party internal laws and regulations,and the implementation of Inner Mongolia What are the deviations in the implementation of internal party laws and regulations;again,from the perspective of the constituent elements in the implementation process of internal party laws and regulations,the main reasons affecting Inner Mongolia's promotion of the implementation of internal party laws and regulations are analyzed;finally,from the perspective of system theory,System construction,resource supply,supervision and accountability incentives,implementation evaluation,and optimization of the environment to help Inner Mongolia to enhance the enforcement of internal party regulations.In the end,it was concluded that the purpose ofenhancing the execution of internal laws and regulations through various countermeasures is to transform the institutional functions of internal laws and regulations into governance efficiency,realize the modernization of governance in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region,and give play to the institutional advantages of the socialist system with Chinese characteristics in the Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region.
