Research On Social Work Of Villagers' Community Participation Ability Promotion

In rural areas of China,especially in the central and western rural areas,young and middle-aged migrant workers are indifferent to village public affairs,and the elderly and women are not willing to participate.Secondly,the rural grassroots organizations in China generally have an administrative trend,The ability of organizing villagers to participate in villages public affairs independently is weak.At the same time,the community participation of rural villagers is also very different from the community participation of urban residents in terms of content,form and complexity of participation.Based on the above social background of villager community participation,this paper studies the process and path of social work to promote villager community participation in the context of rural poverty reduction projects.This article takes the poverty reduction project of village A in Guizhou Z as an example,and mainly adopts the participatory observation method to study the practical experience of social work to promote the participation ability of villagers in the community.The current situation of villager community participation in village A mainly has the problems of lack of participating subjects,single content of participation and one-way participation.After a demand analysis,in response to the need to increase villagers 'community participation awareness,enrich villagers' community participation knowledge,and expand villages 'community participation channels,social workers improve village community participation capacity by increasing villagers' community participation awareness and enriching villagers 'community participation knowledge and expanding village community participation channels and evaluate the implementation effect of social work service programs.By demonstrating the specific practical activities of social work to enhance the participation capacity of villagers 'communities,the advantages of social work ideas and methods are highlighted,and a development path that meets the needs of villagers' community participation in Village A and meets the development reality of Village A is presented,providing a different possibility of the villagers' community participation ability improvement path and indirectly enriching the practical exploration experience of rural social work and poverty reduction in our country.At the same time,this article also reflects on the problems of the service plan,service effect,service skills and methods of this study,and discusses the particularity of this research foundation and the possibility of sustainable development of participation capacity.Finally,it summarizes the practical experience of social work in enhancing villagers' community participation ability,and puts forward the development prospects.
