The Research Of Xi Jinping’s Important Discussion On Cyber Security

Nowadays,with the rapid development of Internet technology,the problem of cyber security has become a common problem faced by all countries in the world.The illegal crime in cyberspace has caused serious harm to the security of our country and even the world peace.In the face of this grim situation,Xi Jinping made many speeches at home and abroad.He appealed to all countries to jointly build the fate community of cyberspace,and made arrangements for China’s cyber security work,and formed a series of discussions on cyber security,which contributed wisdom to maintaining cyber security at home and abroad.In this paper,the development sequence of Xi Jinping’s important discussion on cyber security is first analyzed in a chronological order,and its related concepts are analyzed to further improve and mature.Xi Jinping’s important discussion on cyber security started in 2013,and there were more than 20 big and small discussions in2019.The author divides it into three stages: the proposal and preliminary exploration of the cyber security discussion framework,the comprehensive establishment of the cyber security discussion system,and the further improvement and deepening of the cyber security discussion.Then,this paper summarizes and analyzes the content system of Xi Jinping’s cyber security discussion.Xi Jinping’s cyber security disussion is a logically rigorous theoretical system,which is divided into two parts: international and domestic.The international part of the discussion is mainly to put forward initiatives and constructive opinions,calling on all countries to strengthen dialogue and cooperation on the basis of sharing difficulties,on the basis of respecting the sovereignty of the cyber for common development,and build a community with a shared future in cyberspace.The domestic part of the discussion is more systematic.This paper divides it into two aspects: macro level and micro level.The macro level is mainly about the ideological level,including "adhere to the unified leadership of the party on the work of cyber information","people-centered","no national security without cyber security",etc.;the micro level discusses the specific work of cyber security Deployment,such as "enhancing the ability of cyber security","doing a good job of online public opinion","promoting the rule of law","breaking through the core technology",etc.Finally,this paper discusses the theoretical characteristics and the value of theera of Xi Jinping’s disscusion on cyber security.The theory of Xi Jinping’s discussion on cyber security is an open system theoretical system.It is systematic,dialectical,open,inclusive and so on.It has guidance and reference significance for China’s cyber security work and maintenance of world cyber security.
