At this stage, there are a large number of orphans and disabled children in China, and child welfare institutions are responsible for the nurturing of orphans and disabled children. As an important place of life for orphans and disabled children, child welfare institutions should not be underestimated in their growth process, and the staff in the hospital have become their main supporters and caregivers. However, orphans and disabled children have always been in a weak position in society. The centralized support model of the institution has never been able to make up for the lack of parental roles, and it is difficult to get rid of the social labeling of the institutionalized life. The mobility of institutions and the decentralization of concerns make it difficult for groups of orphans and disabled children to form a safe and stable attachment relationship;the neglect of psychological needs and emotional expression leads to the occurrence of deviant behaviors;orphans and disabled children in institutions have long been in the "high wall" Among them, there is a lack of interpersonal communication and a low degree of socialization. These problems are the long-term accumulation of institutional care malpractices.Nowadays,high-quality resource allocation can no longer meet the multi-level needs of orphans and disabled children in institutions. The settlement of such group problems and the satisfaction of psychological and growth needs must be paid attention to.Previous studies have focused on the problems of child welfare institutions and the solutions to children with disabilities in institutions. However, children in each institution are separate individuals, and problem behaviors are the result of the combined action of multiple factors and are unique. Therefore, this study takes children who enter the hospital for family reasons as the service object, and uses theattachment theory as a guide to explore the causes of their problem behaviors, improves unsafe attachment behaviors through the repair of attachment relationships, and promotes the interaction and mutual assistance between the service objects and surrounding groups.,So as to achieve the goal of institutional integration.Correct the client's cognition and behavior in the way of case social work, and help the client to improve self-confidence through the seven-time service development;recognize the facts, face himself, and get rid of negative emotions;assist the client and the surrounding groups to change their behavior expression,Integrate existing resources, help them restructure the support network, form a secure attachment relationship, and ultimately achieve effective integration into the institutional environment. In addition, the client will soon be transferred from the Children's Welfare Institute to the orphan school, and will face a second change in the environment. It is hoped that through a series of services, the client's institutional environment integration ability can be improved, and this ability can be used to adapt to different environments and lives..The author hopes to help clients solve practical problems through practical work to promote their growth and development;make child welfare institutions aware of their own problems, pay attention to the various needs of orphans and disabled children, and make timely and reasonable adjustments;and can promote social participation in the organization Solving the problems of orphans and disabled children, injecting social forces into their growth and development, and working together to make efforts for the development of orphans and disabled children.
