A Research On The Problems In The Party Construction Work Of Private Enterprises And The Countermeasures Since The 18th CPC National Congress

Since the reform and opening up,it has been over 40 years,China’s private economy has grown from small to large and from weak to strong,and achieved steady development.With the increasing number of private enterprises and their increasingly important role in the economic and social life,it has become an important aspect of the Party construction work to consolidate the leadership of CCP in the vast field of private enterprises and to strengthen the Party construction work inside private enterprises,thereby promoting more healthy development of enterprises and better serving the society.Especially,since the 18 th CCP National Congress,the Party construction of private enterprises has encountered a number of new situations and problems,making it more and more urgent to strengthen the Party construction work.Based on the clarification of the concepts of private enterprises and the Party construction of private enterprises,this paper studies private enterprises’ Party construction work since the 18 th CPC National Congress by using literature research method and historical approach.Firstly,the significance of strengthening the Party construction in private enterprises is confirmed.It is necessary to strengthen the Party construction in private enterprises in order to consolidate the Party’s ruling status,to expand the Party’s mass base and to promote the healthy development of private enterprises.Secondly,the development history and achievements of private enterprises’ Party construction are reviewed and analyzed.The party Construction in private enterprises has undergone the embryonic stage,the exploratory stage,the development stage and the deepening stage,and made some achievements in the continuous development,for instance,the "Two covers" continuously expands,the exemplary and vanguard role of the Party members is constantly exerted,and the new sight of strong development promoted by strong Party construction continuously emerge.Thirdly,the problems in the Party construction of private enterprises since the 18 th CPC National Congress are particularly analyzed.When highly affirming the achievements made by the Party construction in private enterprises,some weak links and deficiencies in the current Party construction work should also be keenly realized.For the problems in the Party construction work,the paper carries out an analysis from seven aspects of political development,ideological building,organizational construction,work style construction,institutional development,discipline construction and struggle against corruption,and the problems in various aspects and the causes are figured out.Finally,measures and suggestions for the problems in the Party construction of private enterprises since the 18 th CPC National Congress are put forward.After analyzing the problems from multiple perspectives,this paper proposes corresponding countermeasures and suggestions for strengthening the Party construction work from the seven aspects of the Party construction,so as to suit the remedy to the case,take comprehensive measures and promote the further development of the Party construction in private enterprises.
