The Study On Network Mass Incidents From The Perspective Of Social Conflict Theory

In the 21 st century,the internet is gradually popularized in China.It not only provides a new place for communication in real social life,but also provides an important channel for the release of realistic contradictions.The network group event is the interwoven outcome between the virtual network space and the realistic contradiction.In recent years,with the continuous growth of mobile internet and social network platforms,network mass incidents have become increasingly fierce,and the explosive energy generated by them constantly threatens the harmony and stability of the society.The government,which plays the core role of social governance,has duty-bound to manage network mass incidents and resolve social conflicts.This article chooses the perspective of social conflict theory.After making clear the basic development vein of network mass incidents,this article uses the process-event analysis method and literature research method,and takes the "Xian oil leaking benz event" as the case,analyzing the mechanism of network mass incidents.On this basis,this article puts forward some suggestions for the government to control network mass incidents.The study shows: firstly,the occurrence factors of network mass incidents mainly include realistic contradictions,cyberspace,opinion leaders and interest groups;secondly,the process of network group event is a transition from the stage of conflict induction to the stage of conflict outbreak;finally,social contradictions are the root cause of the network mass incidents,in addition,the network information transmission rate of ascension,the network public opinion warning response system of the government and related responsibility are not sound,negative emotional mobilization of network opinion leaders,network regulations binding is relatively weak,these things are the direct cause of the network group event.Therefore,this paper puts forward suggestions from three dimensions for the government to deal with network mass incidents.First,the government should reduce the sources of conflict.The government needs to resolve the realistic contradictions of diversification.If the realistic contradictions of diversification are reduced,the number of network mass incidents will alsodecrease.Second,the government should reduce the intensity of conflict.As it takes a long time to control the sources of conflict,network mass incidents will still occur.After the occurrence of network mass incidents,the government needs to take precise measures and scientific response according to the direct causes.Specifically,the government needs to strengthen the monitoring of public opinions,improve the response efficiency,publicize the truth of events,fairly solve problems,strive to be opinion leader and guide public opinion rationally,so as to release its explosive energy.Third,the government should improve the conflict environment.After the occurrence of network mass incidents,it is easy to lead to the prevalence of "violence" in cyberspace.So,aiming to create a clean and orderly cyberspace,the government needs to strengthen the publicity and popularization of network laws,increase the transmission of positive energy culture.
