To ensure the equal participation of persons with disabilities in social life is an important symbol of the progress of social civilization,in which the protection of the employment rights of persons with disabilities is the most important,the state and society have been investing a lot of work in the field of employment services for persons with disabilities.However,due to the unbalanced economic development of our country,the employment service for the disabled started late,and the theoretical basis and practical experience in the field of employment service for the disabled are relatively weak,which leads to many problems in the employment service for the disabled.In recent years,the rapid development of social work in China,social work discipline system has been continuously improved,can solve the employment services for the disabled part of the problem to provide a certain idea and method,while the disabled groups are also the focus of social work services.Based on the above background,the author decided to discuss the role and status of social work in improving employment services for disabled people from the relevant perspective of professional social work.The main purpose of this study is to explore the problems and improvement paths in the process of employment services for disabled people in Shenzhen from the perspective of demand orientation of social work.The study is divided into two parts,one is the needs assessment part and the other is the policy recommendation sympolicing part.Mastering the needs of service objects is one of the important links of social workers to carry out practical activities,so in the needs assessment part,the author makes use of sociological research methods,mainly questionnaires and field studies,the needs of the disabled in Shenzhen has been a large number of surveys,in order to grasp the specific needs of disabled people in the process of employment services,At the same time,it is found that the potential problems in the process of employment service for persons with disabilities are summarized mainly: the employment service policy for persons with disabilities is fragmented,the development of the ability of persons with disabilities is insufficient,and the participation of social forces is lacking.In the part of the policy proposal,the author from the relevant perspective of social work,and based on the experience accumulated by the author in the field of employment services for the disabled,pointed out the irreplaceable role and advantages of social work in the process of employment service for disabled people,and put forward some thoughts and suggestions for improving employment services for disabled people.The main contribution of this study is to expand the field of practice for social work,that is,the field of employment service for persons with disabilities,on the other hand,to improve the employment service of persons with disabilities,to provide the thinking and path of social work,and to provide a reference for the government to formulate and implement employment service policy for persons with disabilities.
