A Study On The Cultivation Of Chinese Spirit In Industry Museums

In the nineteen major reports of the party,Xi Jinping put forward "better building China spirit,China value and China’s strength,and provide spiritual guidance for the people." With the advancement of all undertakings in China in the new era,it is equally important to tap the cultural resources that manifest the Chinese spirit,build the Chinese spirit and open up the position of cultivating the Chinese spirit.In recent years,due to its focus on a certain industry field,the Industrial Museum has the characteristics of strong pertinence and close connection with the people.The museums of various trades have gradually become a new hotspot in the construction of cultural museums in Shanghai.At present,the historical development process of an industry displayed by the industry museum is the external condition of culture.The focus of the cultural construction of industry museums should be on the construction of the cultural core.The Chinese spirit,as the value consensus condensed by the Chinese people in their long-term common life,is the intrinsic and most culturally core part of the cultural heritage that is hidden behind the cultural appearance of various industries.Therefore,it is particularly necessary to dig the Chinese spirit hidden behind the industry culture and pay attention to the cultivation of the Chinese spirit by industry museums.In addition,the cultivation of the Chinese spirit has always been an important task for ideological and political education.Focusing on the cultivation of the Chinese spirit by industry museums will not only help industry museums improve their cultural construction,but also open up new fronts for ideological and political education and improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.Shanghai is the largest economic center city in modern China.It has many industry museums.The industry museums contain rich Chinese spiritual and cultural resources,including patriotism.Unfortunately,the rich spiritual and cultural resources in the industry museums have received less attention.As the carrier of Chinese spirit cultivation,Industry Museums need further study.Based on empirical research,this article investigates the status quo of Chinese spirit cultivation in industry(thematic)museums in Shanghai,explores the Chinese spirit hidden in industry museums and analyzes the reasons for the poor effect of industry museums in fostering Chinese spirit.And based on the position of ideological and political education,some targeted countermeasures and suggestions are put forward.This article is divided into four parts:The first part mainly explains the theoretical issues related to the industrial museums and the Chinese spirit,so as to clarify the basic theoretical issues such as the related concepts,functions,and basic connotations of the industrial museums and the Chinese spirit.The industry museum contains rich Chinese spirit,which is a new position for the cultivation of Chinese spirit.Part II:According to the National Economic Industry Classification(GB/T 4754-2017)standards,the industry museums in Shanghai are classified.Importantly,the Chinese spirit contained in different types of industry museums will be unearthed.The third part:from the three aspects of strengthening national beliefs and national identity,enhancing the vivid experience of national and family emotions,and expanding the richness of the means of spiritual education in China,the unique advantages of industry museums to cultivate the Chinese spirit will be discussed.The fourth part:In order to enhance the effectiveness of the industry museum in cultivating the Chinese spirit,based on the current situation of the industry museum in cultivating the Chinese spirit,it gathers various forces to propose effective ways for the industry museum to further exert its educational effect.By deepening the awareness of the educational functions of industry museums,improving the industry museum-school education linkage mechanism,and advancing the complementary process of industry museums and social superiority resources,the industry museum will be turned into a brand-new education position.
