Study On The Problems And Countermeasures Of Network Politics In Hohhot From The Perspective Of Government Response

With the development of the Internet information technology,the network has become more and more closely related to the various fields of our life."Network administration" is the close combination of the Internet information technology and the construction of the service-oriented government.This makes more and more people participate in all aspects of political life through the Internet platform,and begin to pay attention to the people’s livelihood.The process of expressing public opinion and promoting political democratization.It needs the effective communication between the government and the public,and needs the public to participate in the public administration actively,orderly and rationally,and it also needs the government to respond actively,transparently and responsibly to the urgent problems of the people.The emergence of network politics is the catalyst for effective communication between the public and the government,and it is the only way to realize the service-oriented government,the responsible government and the response government.This paper,from the "Internet plus" era of network governance in the government and the public relation on the basis of previous studies,using political science theory,including the theory of political communication,the government responded to the government response theory,as the angle of view of network politics and analyzes a case,namely in Hohhot City cases,The relevant state of government response in the network policy is studied,including the response breadth,response validity and depth of response of government departments to network administration.Finally,it is concluded that there are some problems in response to the depth,breadthand validity of the government response to network administration in Hohhot,and there is still room for improvement.In view of the existing problems,and combining with the practical experience of the government response in the domestic advanced urban network,the countermeasures to improve the response of the Hohhot municipal government in the network administration are put forward from the aspects of system construction,technical improvement and the participation of the people.
