Study On The Practice Exploration And Lessons Of Venezuela's Socialism

The drastic change in the Soviet Union and East Europe that occurred in the late 1980 s and early 1990 s once caused a huge shock to the Latin American socialist movement.However,since the 21 st century,with the the rapid development of world multipolarization and economic globalization and the rapid evolution of the international political and economic pattern,the Latin American socialist movement has been unprecedentedly active.Under the premise of maintaining overall stability,governments of all countries continue to carry out political,economic,social and diplomatic reforms and strive to build socialism in their own countries,such as the Venezuelan government and the Ecuadorian government.As one of the important countries that promoted the rise of the Latin American socialist movement,Venezuela actively explored the practice of socialism.Hugo Chavez,as the most important advocate of socialism in Venezuela,aims to promote the country's social progress by building socialism with its own characteristics.In order to achieve this goal of carrying the simple and beautiful prayers of ordinary people,Nicolas Maduro,a loyal comrade in arms of Chavez,inherited the unfinished cause of Venezuela's socialist exploration.He has always been adhering to the principles of justice and democracy,and has adopted a series of targeted socialist exploration and reform.As a result,Venezuela 's socialist practice has been continuously deepened and developed,and has achieved certain results.However,Venezuela is still facing many challenges in the process of exploring socialism,and its reforms in the political,economic,social,and diplomatic fields still have many problems.Based on this,Venezuela's socialist practice is still on the way.A careful review of more than a decade of socialist exploration in Venezuela shows that we should draw a deep lesson from its shortcomings and use it as a warning.At present,China's society is in the critical stage of reform and development,which is also a period of sudden contradictions and in-depth adjustment of the pattern of interests.Therefore,our country must be alert to the Venezuelan crisis,draw lessons from its socialist practice,and constantly improve the construction of the ruling party,the reform of industrial structure,the improvement of people's livelihood and energy diplomacy.Based on the course of socialism exploration in Venezuela and Marxist dialectics and methodology,this paper makes a deep study of the practice and lessons of socialism in Venezuela.The text consists of three parts: the definition of the concept of Venezuela's exploration of socialism and the reasons for its rise,the practical exploration of Venezuela's socialism,and the lessons and Enlightenment of Venezuela's socialist practical exploration.The specific research contents of each part are as follows:The first part elaborates the basic concepts related to Venezuela's exploration of socialism,which provides some theoretical support for the research of the following chapters.Based on the analysis of the causes of the rise of Venezuela's exploration of socialism,this article mainly expounds from the perspective of theory and practice.Facing the multiple domestic and international crises caused by the complicated domestic and international situations,Venezuela did not stop the pace of reform and development,but found a new way out in its continuous exploration and practice,namely socialism.The second part analyzes the practice of exploring socialism in Venezuela from two angles of transverse and longitudinal.From a horizontal perspective,Venezuela's socialist practice includes the policies and measures formulated by its two successive generations of leaders in the course of governance;from the vertical perspective,Venezuela's socialist exploration mainly covers four aspects of politics,economy,society and diplomacy,from which the main objectives of Venezuela's reform in various fields are concluded.The third part,as the focus of this study,analyzes the lessons of Venezuela's exploration of socialism and its enlightenment to China.On the one hand,by analyzing reform measures in the four fields of politics,economy,society and diplomacy,we can draw lessons from the exploration of socialist practice in Venezuela;on the other hand,on the basis of seeing the far-reaching influence of some improprieties in Venezuelan reform on a country's politics,economy,society and diplomacy,our country should learn profound lessons from them,and alert to Venezuelan-style hazards and prevent Venezuelan-style risks.
