With the constantdevelopment and progress of the internet technology,media has more diverse information transmission forms,and the term "we-media" comes into the public’s sights accordingly.The emergence of information platforms such as Weibo,Kuaishou,WeChat,Tieba,etc.,hasprovided the public with more channels for information acquisition.Especially the rapid increase of the number of netizens has promoted the development of the speed andinformation interaction form to a certain context.So that netizens can express their opinions on a certain event quickly through the network platform,for which a network consensuswith characteristics of the times is formed under the media environment,and its influence and dissemination power are more advantageous than the traditional media.In this paper,it takes the ethnic-related network consensushappened in recent years in Qinghai Province as a research sample to systematically analyzes the number,distribution time,type,and subjects about the consensus and analyze the main factors of ethnic consensus by applying the 4R crisis management,governance and other theoretical models.It focuses on the analysis of the "Haixi Prefecture Ethnic Minority Development Project" and other hot consensus,and finally it concludes the reasons causing the ethnic consensus in Qinghai Province.Based on which,itproposes the government’s problems existing during the governance of the network consensus and then it puts forward the four suggestions on the optimization of the network consensus of raising the government consensus susceptibility,improving the media linkage reporting mechanism,giving a full play of the advantages of we-media,and last but not least,promoting the legalization of the consensus governance.
