Study On The Construction Of Party-mass Relations In Hubei,Henan,Anhui And Soviet Areas(1927-1932)

Maintaining flesh-and-blood ties with the people is an important manifestation of the CPC’s nature,purpose,line and program,as well as its fine traditions and political advantages.The fundamental reason why the communist party of China has been able to develop,strengthen and mature in the long course of revolutionary struggle is that the vast majority of the people have a high degree of trust in the party.Popular expression,is to win the hearts of the people,and the people to establish a deep feeling.However,the harmonious relationship between the party and the masses is not an isolated political act,but gradually formed in the dynamic historical process.On the one hand,since the founding of the communist party of China(CPC),its purpose has been to serve the people wholeheartedly and spare no effort to seek the interests of the people.On the other hand,in the process of combining marxist theory with China’s reality,the communist party of China(CPC)has constantly strengthened its self-construction,constantly meeting the needs of the masses in accordance with their different needs.At present,some party members and cadres are greedy for pleasure,seriously deviating from the mass line,damaging the party’s image and prestige among the people,and forgetting that the people are masters of the state and they are the public servants of the people.For this reason,the author chooses the construction of the party-masses relationship in hubei,henan,anhui and Soviet areas from 1927 to 1932 as the object of study,hoping that by combing and analyzing the main measures and successful experience of the construction of the party-masses relationship in hubei,henan,anhui and Soviet areas during this period,it can provide some enlightenment for the construction of the harmonious party-masses relationship at present.Guided by the marxist materialist dialectics are studied in this paper,using literature research,case study,etc.,in the interpretation of the theory origin and historical background,on the basis of analyzing anhui Soviet period from 1927 to 1932 the measures to solve the problem of relationship between the communist party of China,thus thinking relationship between 1927 to 1932,anhui Soviet period construction of the cause of the success.The final goal of this thesis is to provide historical experience for the construction of party-group relationship in the Soviet area of hubei,henan and anhui from 1927 to 1932,so as to consolidate the ruling foundation of the communist party of China and consolidate the ruling status of the communist party of China.This paper is divided into four parts: the first part is the introduction part.It mainly includes the background,significance,research review,research method,innovation and basic concept definition.The second part analyzes the basic thoughts of Marx and Engels,Lenin and early Chinese marxists on party-mass relations,and examines the historical background of party-mass relations from three aspects: the establishment of the communist party of China,the contradictions within the ruling class,and the guidance of the communist international to the peasant movement.The third part explains the main measures of the construction of party-masses relationship in hubei,henan,anhui and Soviet areas.It is mainly manifested in four aspects: one is to strengthen the party’s construction and lay the foundation for the relations between the party and the masses;The second is to develop the economy of the Soviet area and solve the current needs of the masses.Third,to attach importance to political propaganda and create a good political environment;The fourth is to establish mass organizations and play the role of Bridges and bonds.The fourth part sums up the basic experience of the construction of party-masses relations in hubei,henan,anhui and Soviet areas,and hopes to point out some enlightenment to the construction of harmonious party-masses relations at present.
