The academy is a special form of educational organization in ancient my country.Since the Tang Dynasty,the prosperity,decline,and renaissance that followed Song,Yuan,Ming,and Qing Dynasties have become one of the important forms of ancient education,often referred to as "the place where talents are made." The Academy is an emerging educational institution based on the absorption and transformation of official and private learning.It is precisely because the academy is an educational institution that combines government and private education,it has formed a unique educational thought in the history of Chinese education,and thus promoted its important role in training talents,inheriting culture,and promoting local development.And eventually it is unique in the history of ancient education.This article takes the academy of Tujia community as the research object,takes literature analysis and research as the main research method,supplemented by field survey method,comparative research method,etc.,collects and sorts out the relevant literature materials of the academy of Tujia community,and explores its establishment from There are general laws of the development of the Qing generation.By reviewing the number and nature of the academies of Tujia settlements in the Ming and Qing Dynasties,the time and space characteristics of the academies in the area were summarized,and on this basis,the management mode and the cultural functions of the academies were analyzed.The focus is on exploring the dual interaction between the academy and the local society.One is the interaction between the academy and the local political forces,including official roles,civil roles,and the academy;the second is the academy and the local culture.The support of the college and the revitalization of the academy to the local culture reveal the dynamic relationship between the academy and the imperial examination,and the academy and the local folk customs.Through the above research,it clearly reproduces the positive role of the academy in promoting regional cultural development and promoting the cultivation of talents in the Tujia settlement,and reflects its important reference significance for the construction of modern culture.
