A Study On The Causes And Prevention Of The Evil Forces In Wuling Ethnic Areas

As a product of social development,the evil forces are a stage social phenomenon with imperfect social governance and legal system construction.They are a new unstable factor in the social transformation period of ethnic areas in China.They have become a destructive force against the social stability of ethnic areas,resulting in a relatively bad social impact.Therefore,it is of theoretical and practical significance to study the causes and preventive measures of the black and evil forces in ethnic areas.This article examines the criminal underworld in the ethnic areas of Wuling District.Most of the minority areas have relatively closed traffic,poor information circulation,low level of economic development and strong clan culture,which leads to the formation of the black and evil forces in the minority areas different from other areas,among which Wuling ethnic areas are more prominent.There are abundant researches on black and evil forces in ethnic areas of China,but most of them are qualitative or quantitative descriptive analysis of the causes and countermeasures of black and evil forces by a single or a few factors.From the perspective of practice,the evil forces are not caused by a single factor,but are affected by multiple factors of different dimensions at the same time.Therefore,on the basis of fully considering the particularity of ethnic areas,this study USES qualitative comparative analysis(QCA)to explore the common influence mechanism of multiple factors on the formation of black and evil forces in ethnic areas,so as to propose targeted preventive measures.This research is mainly from the following five aspects.The first part is the introduction,mainly from the research background and significance,important concept discrimination,literature review,research content and methods and innovation points and other five aspects discussed,summarized the characteristics of the evil forces in ethnic areas,emphasized its important research value,from multiple dimensions sorted out the causes and prevention countermeasures.The second part is the research design,including the selection of research methods and objects and the construct measurement.For conformation before research part,the third is the ethnic areas is the core part of this research,mainly adopts fsQCA necessity,truth table 3.0data analysis software and the former because of configuration analysis,by analyzing the criminal record,civil servants,urban and rural differences,concealment crime means,umbrella and six former dependent variable such as corruption and feudal clan culture,it is concluded that the formation of black evil forces in national regions 5kinds of typical type and its inner mechanism.The fourth part is the preventive countermeasures.According to the results of QCA analysis,five preventive countermeasures are proposed.The fifth part is the research conclusion and prospect,which summarizes the main conclusion,theoretical significance and practical enlightenment of this research,and analyzes the shortcomings of this research and the future research prospect.
