| With the founding of New China in 1949,It has ended the state of China's semi-colonial and semi-feudal society since modern times.We ushered in a new China in which the people are the masters of the country.The Chinese Communists represented by Mao Zedong adapted to the changes in their work content.Learning from the state theory of classical Marxist writers and the excellent thoughts in Chinese traditional culture,and based on China's social practice,the state discourse of New China has been explored and constructed,which has played an important role in uniting social consensus and mobilizing the whole nation to the national economic recovery,socialist industrialization and socialist transformation.After the founding of New China,it is facing complicated domestic and international situations.At home,the tasks left over from the democratic revolution have not yet been completed,the phenomenon of soaring prices is serious,and the national economy is on the verge of collapse.Internationally,imperialist countries have imposed blockades and embargoes on us and are hostile to the new people's power.In addition,in the field of ideology and culture,western social thoughts,feudal thoughts,bourgeois thoughts and so on are mixed up with good and evil people.The general public lacks discrimination and guidance of correct thoughts.This urgently requires the construction of the national discourse of New China,the establishment of the guiding position of Marxism,and the unification of the thoughts of the people of the whole country.The construction of new China's national discourse needs a realistic basis.Politically,the establishment of the state power under the people's democratic dictatorship,the political organization form of the people's congress system,the political party system with Chinese characteristics and the system of regional ethnic autonomy provide a political basis for the construction of new China's national discourse.Economically,confiscating bureaucratic capital,establishing the leading position of the state-owned economy in the whole national economy,unifying the national financial and economic work,and carrying out land reform in the newly liberated areas have laid a material foundation for better restoring the national economy and constructing the national discourse.Culturally,the Party has continuously improved the people's ideological consciousness and understanding level by strengthening the unified management of the press and publication,radio and film,and the ideological and cultural fields of schools,providing cultural conditions for the construction and dissemination of national discourse.Through the establishment of the People's Daily database and the analysis of the People's Daily from 1949 to 1956,it is found that New China has effectively realized the embedding of national discourse by publicizing the people's main idea,making work plans,actively seeking friendly and cooperative relations with neighboring countries and Asian,African and Latin American countries,making a Chinese voice and shaping a good domestic and international image.In addition,the national discourse of New China can change with the change of work focus,Timely changes in the connotation of national discourse,such as the change in the connotation of national discourse fro m "new democratic society" to "socialist society" and the change from "land reform" to "one transformation and three changes",have well served the transfer of national strategy and provided discourse support and mass base for the country to carry out various undertakings in an orderly way.At present,we are in the crucial period of realizing socialist modernization.Faced with challenges and voices from all sides,we must attach importance to the role of national discourse and draw nutrition from the historical experience and lessons of the construction of national discourse in New China,so as to construct a national discourse with strong influence and appeal in the new era. |
