The Application Of Marx’s Thought Of Anti-poverty In Targeted Poverty Alleviation

Poverty is a problem that has plagued the world for thousands of years,and has been a matter of great concern to China for a long time.Marx has made a profound analysis for the origin of poverty and the means against poverty.To eliminate poverty and achieve common development and prosperity of mankind,we should liberate and develop productivity on the basis of overthrowing the system of exploitation.Marx’s thought of anti-poverty not only plays a very important role in the theory of anti poverty worldwide,but also guides the course of poverty alleviation in China for a long time.These successful experience shows that we must always adhere to the guidance of Marx thought of anti-poverty while promoting targeted poverty alleviation and continue to develop Marx thoughts against poverty in practice according to the current situation of China.In the new era,Marx’s thought of anti-poverty provides theoretical basis to targeted poverty alleviation;targeted poverty alleviation is an important and effective means to put Marx’s anti-poverty thought into practice.Both of the two develop towards the goal of common prosperity.Bama Yao Autonomous County is the extremely poor area due to many factors,such as livelihood capital,natural environment,public resources and education level.Since the founding of people’s Republic of China,the CPC Central Committee attaches great importance to the work of anti-poverty in Bama Yao Autonomous County,and has achieved many achievements.However,the problem of poverty has not been solved because of its serious condition.It is very necessary to study the specific application of Marx’s thought of anti-poverty to targeted poverty alleviation in Bama Yao Autonomous County from three aspects: objectives,principles and countermeasures.During targeted poverty alleviation,we should set a goal of eliminating absolute poverty,assuring no one returns poverty after getting rid of it,realizing coordinated development of urban and rural areas and regional cooperative development so as to build an all-round well-off society;we should take full advantage of the superiority of socialism,develop household productivity based on the reality and insist on the principles of people-orientation and comprehensive and coordinated sustainable development;we should do well in fundamental work of poverty alleviation,take full advantage of the superiority of socialism,adhere to combine the guidance of policies and self-development,adjust the industrial structure,promote the development of productivity,improve people’s living standard,focus more on their comprehensive development and raise the education level of the poor,which will provide a theoretical reference for the implementation of poverty alleviation in Bama Yao Autonomous County.
