Research On The Construction Of "Internet + Government Service" In Lianjiang County Based On Satisfaction

Advancing the "Internet+ government services" is a key step in implementing the decisions and plans of the CPC central committee and the state council,and deepening reform to streamline administration,delegate power,strengthen regulation,and improve government services.Promoting "Internet+ government services" is of great significance to speeding up the transformation of government functions,improving the efficiency and transparency of government services,facilitating the people to do business and start businesses,and building a clean and service-oriented government.The third plenary session of the 18 th CPC central committee put forward that the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity should be taken as the general goal of comprehensively deepening reform in China.Local governance is an important part of national governance.How to make good use of "Internet+ government services" has put forward new requirements for local governments."Internet+government service" is an extension of "Internet+",and also a practical exploration of the government’s work functions to actively adapt to economic reform and self-innovation.It is also an inevitable trend and requirement to promote the modernization of national governance system and governance capacity and build a service-oriented government.Through literature study and questionnaire investigation,this paper from the perspective of service satisfaction to lianjiang county "Internet +e-government service" to study the construction situation analysis,find out problems,deeply analyze the influencing factors,and then put forward countermeasures and Suggestions,strive to dig out a with lienchiang characteristics,suitable for lienchiang governance path of development,in order to reference for decision making.This paper is divided into five parts:The first part includes the research background and significance,research methods and ideas,domestic and foreign research status,innovation and characteristics.The second part mainly elaborated the related concept definition and the theory foundation.Explain the concepts and theories of "Internet +government service",local government governance modernization,Satisfaction with government services,new public service theory,service-oriented government theory,etc.The third part focuses on the current situation of the construction of "Internet + government services" in lianjiang county.From lienchiang county "Internet + e-government service" construction aspects such as subject,construction basis,object,a comprehensive understanding of promoting the construction of "Internet + e-government service" the status quo,analysis of influence factors and existing problems of e-government service satisfaction,thus found operation system,lack of work,work efficiency is not high.The fourth part analyzes the factors influencing the satisfaction degree of the construction of "Internet + government services" in lianjiang county.Based on the sample information obtained from questionnaire survey and face-to-face interview,linear regression analysis was used to analyze the influence and relationship on the satisfaction degree of government service construction from two dimensions,including age,annual income,education level and subject type,as well as government affairs openness,online affairs and government affairs platform projects.The fifth part puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the satisfaction degree of the construction of "Internet +government services".Based on the analysis of existing problems,influencing factors,interview records and other factors,the paper puts forward countermeasures and Suggestions in terms of public demand as the leading factor,resource integration,and speeding up the construction of laws,regulations and standards system.
