Semantic graphical tools,as learners' knowledge construction tools and teachers' teaching aids,not only help guide students to integrate new and old knowledge,clarify the level and context of knowledge,improve students' cooperative learning and creative learning ability,but also help teachers to show teaching content in class and construct the framework of knowledge.Department,so as to achieve good classroom teaching effect.Now,semantic graphics tools have been widely used in various fields of education and training.From the current development point of view,the application of semantic graphics tools in civil servants structured interview training has just begun,and has not been widely promoted.Based on this,this paper studies the teaching design and application of Semantic Graphics Tool in the structured interview training of civil servant examination,and provides a reference and practical case for the design of teaching activities of trainers.This research combs the research of semantic graphics tools in structured interview training at home and abroad,and understands the current research situation in this field.Based on the theory of knowledge visualization,learning scaffolding and knowledge construction,this paper proposes semantic graphics tools in structured interview training demonstration course,practice course and review course.The activity design scheme is applied to the practice of structured interview training for civil servants.Meanwhile,the learning effect of using semantic graphics tools in the process of structured interview training for civil servants is analyzed by combining experimental method,questionnaire survey method and interview method.The results show that Semantic Graphics Tool is helpful to improve students' interview performance,and it also improves students' comprehensive analysis ability,oral expression and teamwork ability.Meanwhile,it has a positive impact on students' interest in learning and the cultivation of learning habits.However,itimproves students' self-emotional control and innovation.The cultivation of consciousness is not obvious.At the same time,whether students can use semantic graphics tools for long-term learning and work remains to be investigated.
