The Research On Police Rumors Disposal Research

Affected by the traditional stereotypes and the negative social psychology caused by the traditional stereotypes,the public security department has long been in a sensitive area.The police rumors often mixed in the police crisis and emerged as a viral spread.Compared with the rumors in the general sense,the police rumors are characterized by high volatility,emotionality,sensitivity,etc.,which have a negative impact on the public security image.This paper sorts out the basic state of the police rumors,and analyzes the causes of the outbreak,the factors of communication,and the harm caused.At the same time,it summarizes the disposal process of the police rumors and the current disposal effects.With the development of the Internet,the governance of police rumors is also constantly reengineering,emphasizing the guise of the frontier,and attaching importance to the role of media matrix and public opinion leaders in public opinion.The author uses the content analysis method to monitor the release of the rumors of the sample in the past three years,and initially evaluates the current rumor disposal effect of the Chinese public security system.Combined with the current reality,it summarizes the overall situation and dilemma of police rumors.At present,the overall disposition of police rumors is good,but it still faces difficulties such as monitoring difficulties,technical bottlenecks,insufficient accuracy of research and judgment,and inaccurate legal quantification.On this basis,the author puts forward suggestions for the optimization of police rumors.Emphasis on comprehensive monitoring and early warning,collecting social conditions and public opinions through multiple channels,strengthening social cooperation,and achieving professional identification of rumors;conducting comprehensive research and judgment from the perspectives of text content,audience sentiment,and risk assessment;scientific response and aftercare,taking into account the effectiveness of information dissemination And the confidentiality of law enforcement by the public security department.At the technical level,we promote smart policing and make good use of artificial intelligence and big data mining.Finally,from the legal regulation,it discusses the legal disposition of police rumors,and calls on many parties to jointly build a good police lyric ecology.
