Research On The Ren Bishi’s Youth Thought And Practice

Ren Bishi is a great Marxist,a proletarian revolutionist,and one of the core members of the first generation of the party’s leadership collective with Mao Zedong as the core.From the beginning to the end of his revolutionary career.Ren has always been closely connected with the Chinese youth and concerned about them.At the same time,he is also the closest mentor to them.During the period of the New Democratic Revolution,he always adhered to the guidance of the Marxist theory and combined Marxist youth ideology with the specific conditions of the Chinese revolution.Meanwhile he absorbed the outstanding cultural factors of Hu Xiang culture and constantly improved youth ideology in practice.A youth ideological and theoretical system with Chinese characteristics has been formed.This article mainly expounds Ren Bishi’s youth thought from four aspects.Firstly,through analyzing the main background of Ren’s youth thought formation,it was found the Marxism-Leninism,Hu Xiang culture and Ren’s learning experience laid the cultural foundation for his youth thought formation.Then it analyzed the main content of his youth ideology,including youth education ideology,youth work ideology and youth mass ideology.Secondly,it summarized the specific practice of Ren’s youth ideology during the Great Revolution,the Agrarian Revolution and the War of Resistance Against Japan and the War of Liberation in terms of time,and shows his youth ideology dynamically with specific events.Focused on his ideological education of youth in various periods,leading Chinese youth to actively participate in the May 30 th Movement;leading the Youth League to strive to achieve the mass of the Youth League,insisting on the party’s leadership and practical research in youth work,becoming the founder of the New Democratic Youth League and a series of specific practices were greatly emphasized.Finally,through an objective evaluation of Ren Bishi’s youth thought,he explored that his youth thought is an outstanding achievement of scientificity and practical Marxism in China practicalness in the process of sinicization of Marxism,which has important implications for guiding the current youth work.
