Research On The Cultivation And Promotion Of The Traditional Filial Piety Of Teenagers

Traditional filial piety,as part of our traditional culture,is a national culture with unique oriental characteristics created by the Chinese nation in a long history.It has a subtle influence on the Chinese people’s ideology and behavior.However,in today’s society,with the changes in family education methods and the impact of Western culture,traditional filial piety has been paid less and less attention,and social problems such as weak filial piety consciousness and abusive parents have emerged.In adolescent groups,disrespect for parents and conflicts with parents have a lot to do with their lack of traditional filial piety education.Aiming at this social phenomenon,aiming to take advantage of the social work group’s working practice model,this article takes the youth of Community A in Dongying City,Shandong Province as the main service target,combining the relevant knowledge of social learning theory and social exchange theory,from the perspective of cognition,behavior,and community environment improvement.,carry out a group activity of "Filial piety grows with me" to cultivate and promote traditional filial piety.This article is divided into seven parts to explore and cultivate the traditional filial piety of the young people.The first part of the introduction includes the research background,research purpose,research meaning,research methods and literature review;the second part introduces the related concepts and theoretical foundations involved in this article;the third part discusses the current situation of young people in traditional filial piety and the impact of current issues on adolescents;the fourth part is a detailed discussion of the reasons for the problems of young people’s traditional filial piety;the fifth part is the formal intervention of the cultivation and promotion of traditional filial piety among young people.From the improvement of personal thoughts and behaviors to the improvement of family and community filial piety environment has been carried out,putting a group activity of "Filial piety grows with me" as an example.The former is the cultivation of young people’s traditional filial piety,and the latter is the promotion of traditional filial piety with the help of the mobility of young people and the guidance of social worker,which aims to improve the community environment.Finally,two methods of process evaluation and result evaluation are used to evaluate the whole group activity.The sixth part is a summary of this research,including the introduction of strategies for the cultivation and promotion of traditional filial piety among young people,and the experience summary of the whole group activity.The last part is the conclusion.From a macro perspective,stating the research results of this article.
