Inheritance And Development Of Marx's Labor Thought By Xi Jinping's Labor View

Marx first started from the essence of human beings,thought that labor is the free and conscious activity of human beings;secondly,labor occurred in certain social relations,is an important way to create social material wealth and spiritual wealth,is the only way to create value;then put forward that capitalist private ownership dissimilates human labor,analyzes the labor under capitalist private ownership,creates the theory of labor value on the basis of "labor is the source of all wealth ",criticizes the alienated labor of capitalism;finally,expounds that in communist society,labor is the inherent need of human development,that is,the meaning and value of labor under communist society is to realize human self-reliance by comprehensive development.General Secretary Xi Jinping has a scientific view of labor.Its concept of labor answers important questions such as the relationship between socialist labor and wealth creation,and the role of labor in the free and all-round development of human beings.The specific contents include five aspects: the concept of labor spirit,the concept of labor relations,the concept of decent work,the concept of labor distribution,and the concept of labor education: the socialist society should actively promote the spirit of labor and guide workers to establish correct concepts of labor;give full play to the tripartite cooperation of the government,workers and trade unions,establish harmonious labor relations,guarantee the basic rights of workers and correctly solve social labor problems;on the basis of the basic protection of workers' rights and interests,To realize socialist decent labor;to ensure labor income and improve workers' labor enthusiasm by constructing a reasonable socialist labor distribution system;to cultivate qualified socialist workers by using various reasonable ways and strive toimprove the overall quality of workers.Xi Jinping inherited and developed the fundamental position and viewpoint of Marx's labor thought,and formed the concrete labor viewpoint under socialism.Inheritance is embodied in the concept of Marx's labor,the positive nature of labor,the fundamental view of labor with people as the core and the development of labor;the development is that in the process of comparing with the main views of Marx's labor thought,the concrete labor viewpoint with the characteristics of the times has been formed.Finally,it puts forward the positive role of Xi Jinping's view of labor in solving practical labor problems,constructing labor system and dealing with complex labor forms.Through the research,it is found that Xi Jinping's view of labor has the characteristics of comprehensive,popular,scientific and realistic,covering all aspects of social development,always taking the truth and scientific nature of Marxism as the fundamental stand,taking Marx's labor thought as the foundation,and firmly based on the social reality of our country,and carrying out the inheritance and development of Marx's labor thought in the new era.After comprehensively discussing the main contents of Xi Jinping's view of labor,with a new understanding and new cognition of socialist labor,and then analyzing the concrete path of practicing its view of labor,this paper discusses the strategy suggestions of labor to social development and solve labor problems.
