Research On The Confirmation Of Network Copyright From The Perspective Of Blockchain

The rapid development of Internet technology has given opportunity to the emergence of blockchain technology,which has been applied in various fields of society.The decentralized feature of blockchain technology can reach the direct transaction between the consumers and use the intelligent treaty to execute automatically,which will save sone tedious steps and bring great convenience to users.Blockchain not only has a profound impact on people's life,work and learning style,but also brings new challenges for legal regulation.Due to the Internet,great changes have taken place in the mode and speed of transmission of Internet copyright,which often leads to the unclear ownership of network copyright and seriously affects the subsequent use of network copyright.After applying blockchain to the field of network copyright confirmation,this situation may be improved to some extent.First,this paper introduces the current situation about the confirmation of network copyright.Through the research,it is found that the traditional confirmation of network copyright has some problems,such as high cost,low efficiency and different standards.The characteristics of the blockchain technology including decentralization,smart contract are helpful to solve these problems,so that the blockchain technology can be well applied to the confirmation of network copyright.Secondly,by studying the current situation about the application of blockchain technology in the field of network copyright confirmation,it is found that blockchain technology will bring some legal problems when giving full play to its own advantages,and these problems are difficult to solve under the current copyright system,so it is necessary to improve the system of copyright.Finally,after clarifying the problems brought by blockchain technology,the current copyright system will be improved from legislation,justice and industry self-discipline rules with 15 suggestions.This paper has following innovations: First,it is novel to study the application of blockchain technology in the field of network copyright from the perspective of confirmation.Second,considering the current situation of network copyright confirmation and the particularity of blockchain technology,this paper studies the advantages of blockchain technology in the field of network copyright confirmation,and explores the innovation brought by blockchain technology.Third,the current copyright system can be improved from legislation,justice and industry self-discipline rules with 15 suggestions.
