Research On The Supervision Work Of Grass-roots Governments

Government supervision is an effective means to promote the implementation of the government's work,and also an inevitable requirement to improve the government's execution.At present,local governments in China still have some problems of ineffective implementation,such as ineffective implementation of policies at higher levels,lagging construction of key projects,lack of long-term urban management,and difficulties in carrying out the work of expropriation and relocation.These problems have caused many policies to fail to achieve the desired results and have seriously affected the image of the party and the government.The purpose of government supervision is to ensure the smooth implementation of all the decisions and arrangements and to avoid the occurrence of the above problems and consequences.The county-level government is an important link in the implementation of decisions and arrangements made at the higher levels and in the service of the people.This requires the primary-level government to have higher work efficiency and quality supervision,so as to realize the "last kilometer" of work.Based on the current social background,this paper chooses a series of government affairs supervision and inspection carried out by the district,county and other grass-roots governments as the research object,which has certain practical significance and importance.This paper consists of six parts.Government supervision areas on the basis of research achievements at home and abroad,observes the district government affairs supervision content,process,and the results of comprehensive combing the current district government supervision work in the efficiency of supervision and inspection quality of general problems existing in two dimensions,by using the information asymmetry theory,theory of government executive ability,performance management theory,themultiple perspectives analysis the cause of grass-roots government government supervision work of all kinds of problems,and draw lessons from the successful experience of domestic supervision work mode innovation,starting from the mechanism and technological level,puts forward to promote the government supervision work efficiency and quality of grassroots government countermeasures.
