President Trump’s fanatic love of Twitter has led him to express his views on international issues and use the app as an online platform to announce the White House policy frequently.As a highly influential opinion leader on the Internet,Trump’s statements and actions on Twitter may arouse a wide range of repercussions towards the world’s public opinion.Sino-US relations,one of the major aspects of the US foreign affairs since Trump took office,is very worthy to be noticed because Trump has not hesitated to launch a trade war in order to reshape Sino-US economic and trade relations.As a channel for the public to directly observe Trump,Twitter has played an important role to unfold the changes in Sino-US relations.This essay will refer to Trump’s tweets and would mainly focus on Sino-US relations.In the first chapter of this article,firstly,Twitter,as a platform of mass media,would be introduced.Secondly,this specific chapter would define Trump’s tweets as signals so as to illustrate the domestic influence of Trump’s China-related tweets with the theory--the mobilization mechanism of leaders mobilize the masses--which Gustave Le Bon mentioned in The Crowd: A Study of Popular Mind.The chapter would also analyze Trump’s behavior when posting China-related tweets with "prospect theory",as well as discuss the impact to China caused by this particular action through the research on“unpredictability” and “Crazy Man” strategy.The second chapter reveals strong ordinary tweets send signal,to use the strategy of "Crazy Man" in the "trade war",eventually at the end of the trade friction with China,to achieve the first phase of trade agreements,and strong common twitter in the Korean nuclear issue,revealing the cooperation with China in the field problem attitude,and promote the cooperation in the Korean nuclear issue between China and the United States,which ultimately contributed to two U.S.-North Korea summit,for example in this paper.The third chapter of this article,from the perspective of Trump’s personal characters,its domestic political polarization and the important component of Trump’s China policy such as the point of view,to send Trump’s China-related tweets,analyses of the causes of the behavior and from the United States,China and other countries around the world by three aspect carrying on the impactanalysis.realizing that America’s radicalism political forces is rising,which is a huge challenge for the present China.
