| In the context of the deepening of the aging population,it is of great significance to solve the pension problem for the harmonious development of China's social economy.At present,there is a lack of responsibility and unclear positioning of each pension subject.This article takes this as the starting point,discussion on the relevant responsibilities of each pension subject and influencing factors.By analyzing the existing literature,this paper puts forward research hypothesis from the aspect of social factors.Based on the comprehensive survey data of Chinese society in 2015,this paper analyzes the residents' cognition of pension responsibility,and the social factors and other factors were verified by the disordered multi classification logistic regression model.Finally,according to the results of the analysis,some suggestions are put forward to implement the pension responsibility.This study found that gender,education level and economic status have a significant impact on pension responsibility,which is basically consistent with the existing research.This study also found that: the residents with unstable work and not participating in social security are more likely to be responsible for their children's pension.The higher the degree of social injustice is,the more residents tend to be responsible by the government.The more frequent the social interaction of the elderly,the higher the identity of the concept of responsible for the elderly.This paper provides empirical support for the research of pension responsibility,and provides a certain reference for the construction of diversified pension services.At the same time,through the analysis of the influencing factors of the pension responsibility,it is intended to explain that the pension responsibility should be undertaken in an organic unity of the state,society,family and individual,and actively explore new pension methods on the basis of adapting to China's national conditions. |
