Research On The Influence Of Leadership Style On The Unit Of The Armed Police Grassroots Squadron Commander

This paper mainly studies the influence of leadership style on the development of grassroots units in the armed police force.Based on the Fiedler contingency model,through data collection and analysis,i find and analyze the problem of leadership style's impact on the development of grassroots units,as well as making suggestions for improving leadership effectiveness.this paper is divided into six parts.The first part briefly describes the basis of topic selection,the literature review,the research objectives,content and methods as well as the research value and research framework.The second part briefly describes the theoretical basis of this paper and summarizes the theoretical development of leadership.Fiedler contingency model is selected as the theoretical guide for its applicability and application value,and its basic content is mainly elaborated.The third part introduces the investigation for the leadership effectiveness of the units of SH armed police force,so as to ensure the survey results in line with the actual situation from these aspects of the selection of samples,questionnaire preparation,data collection with the reliability and validity analysis of questionnaire and data.The fourth part analyzes and expounds the status of leadership style,leadership situation and leadership effectiveness of the grassroots units based on the survey data,and comprehensively analyzes the possible influence of leadership styles on the units.The fifth part focuses on the analysis of the practical factors that restrict the leadership effectiveness of the grassroots units and proposes countermeasures that are appropriate accordingly.The sixth part according to the realistic factors that restrict the effectiveness of leadership,put out the corresponding countermeasures and suggestionsThe seventh part is the research summary and research prospects.The main points and conclusions of this paper are briefly introduced,pointing out the shortcomings of the research and the direction in the next stop.
