Design And Implementation Of Beijing Union Dues Management System

Union dues is just like the blood vessel of trade union work and supports its on-going operation.The union dues business system is huge,forming a multi-level management and service system,involves such administrative organs as All-China Federation of Trade Unions,city-level federations of trade unions,district-level federations of trade unions,bureau-level federations of trade unions,residential district trade unions,and local tax departments and other management agencies.In addition,there are related institutions such as enterprises,banks,etc,which increases the collecting difficulty of the union dues.Most enterprises still pay union dues through payment vouchers at bank counters,which is a waste of time and increases the leaking risk of critical information.Beside these,it is difficult to manage and control the business of trade union funds,and there are many business links.The complexity of the process is becoming more and more prominent,which has caused the difficulty of management to rise.This thesis organizes and analyzes the functions of enterprise information verification and change,declaration of payment,application for refund,and allocation of funds,besides,it designs the Beijing trade union fund management system with B/S architecture.It uses Bootstrap framework to achieve frontend pages,combined with Spring Boot,My Batis and other mainstream excellent frameworks to quickly build services to simplify code and save development time.In addition,the system uses caching technology in the client and server to enhance the user experience.For example,Redis server cache reduces the number of database accesses and speeds up data access;Local Storage,Session Storage and other page caches reduce network bandwidth consumption and speed up page refresh speed.And use Nginx for cluster deployment to increase system scalability;use AES algorithm to encrypt data in network transmission to ensure data security.Business processes such as enterprise information approval and verification,and union dues allocation are complex and closely related to each other.Based on this,detailed analysis and design of each functional module was carried out,and finally forms a system that integrates many functions such as information collection and verification,application payment,dues allocation,and statistical analysis.The use of the system has strengthened the standardized management of Beijing’s trade union finance,improved the execution of trade union management decisions,improved the efficiency of trade union personnel,and achieved effective management of union dues.
