Study On Prevention Of Occupational Risks Of Urban Management Law Enforcement Officials In Liangshan Prefecture

Urban management and law enforcement personnel are indispensable main forces in modern urban management.The smooth implementation of their law enforcement work is an important guarantee for maintaining urban order,creating a harmonious urban development atmosphere and promoting the process of "four cities co creation".With the continuous acceleration of the urbanization process in Liangshan Prefecture,a variety of urban diseases emerge in an endless stream.The urban management law enforcement officers in Liangshan Prefecture are facing more complex law enforcement environment,shouldering more arduous law enforcement tasks,and also shouldering more prominent professional risks.Based on the actual situation of Liangshan Prefecture,under the guidance of the theory of street bureaucrats,risk management and administration according to law,this paper makes an in-depth study on the professional risks of urban management and law enforcement personnel in Liangshan Prefecture through literature research,questionnaire survey,case analysis and interview,and puts forward risk prevention strategies.The paper is divided into five parts: the first chapter mainly describes the research background and significance,the research status at home and abroad,the research content and methods,as well as the innovation and shortcomings of this paper;the second chapter mainly defines the concept of urban management law enforcement personnel,risk and professional risk,and explains the theory of street bureaucrat,risk management and administration according to law The third chapter briefly introduces the content,particularity and connotation of professional risk of urban management law enforcement personnel in Liangshan Prefecture,and summarizes the main types of professional risk of urban management law enforcement personnel in Liangshan Prefecture by means of questionnaire survey and interview;the fourth chapter systematically combs the urban management law enforcement personnel themselves,the internal and social environment of urban management department,etc The sources of law enforcement risk mainly include law enforcement personnel's lack of law enforcement literacy,law enforcement resources,law enforcement guarantee,law enforcement norms,and law enforcement environment.Chapter five aims at the source of professional risk of law enforcement personnel in urban management,on the basis of learning from the advanced experience of urban management in other regions,from improving the professional quality of law enforcement personnel,increasing the input of law enforcement resources in urban management,and enhancing Five suggestions are put forward to prevent the professional risks of urban management law enforcement personnel,including the guarantee of urban management law enforcement,the optimization of urban management law enforcement methods,and the improvement of urban management law enforcement environment.Based on the systematic analysis of the occupational risk sources of urban management law enforcement personnel in Liangshan Prefecture,this paper puts forward the corresponding occupational risk prevention strategies,which is conducive to identify and prevent the occupational risk of urban management law enforcement personnel in Liangshan Prefecture,reduce the loss of occupational risk and provide some experience for the management of occupational risk of urban management law enforcement personnel in other ethnic areas.
